1. What services are offered in your Singapore wedding package ?

We will create your guest database and build a customized registration interface for your wedding. The interface can display your wedding photos or photo montage. We also supply all the necessary equipment for the setup. One technician will be on-site throughout the registration process to handle any unforeseen situations. After the wedding, we will return a full printout of your guests' attendance.

2. How much do you charge for your wedding services ?

Our rates range from $398 onwards. Do contact us with details on your wedding location and the number of guests you are expecting for a quote from us. 3. Why do I need this wedding guest registration system ?

5. What equipment is provided in the setup?

For our standard package, we will provide 2 sleek laptops as well as 2 LCD displays. Common computer peripherals, like data cables and mice, will also be provided at no extra charge.

6. Do I need to provide you with anything?

All you need to give us is your guest list with their seating arrangement and the table arrangement within the banquet hall 3 days before your wedding and we will handle the rest.

7. Can I make last minute changes to the seatings?

Of course. Simply inform us of any changes and we will make the necessary adjustments.

8. Does your system support Chinese names?

Yes. Our system can display both English and Chinese names. But to allow for a more uniform interface, the search is usually carried out in hanyu pinyin. The search results, however, will be in Chinese characters.

9. How do I obtain your bridal service ?

You will need to confirm our availability on the day of your wedding as we have limited manpower and equipment. Just drop us a line to check our availability on your wedding day and to arrange a meeting so that we can sort out the details and add customizations to suit your taste.
